Exterior: White body (cave dweller); body cylindrical while moving; mantle covers dorsum except for head, neck, and tail tip, and covered with tubercles; cephalic shield covers 1/4 length of mantle; weak horseshoe groove in mantle; pneumostome on posterior end of mantle; eyes reduced (Schileyko 2003).
Internal: Throat 1/3 body length, with two rows of protractor muscles; barbed teeth; no jaw; short vas deferens; penis club-shaped with wide apex; spermatheca with a short, thin stalk and a muscular accessory structure containing a papilla at its base; oviduct and vagina fairly long; fairly long atrium (Schileyko 2003).
To 32 mm long extended (BSchileyko 2003; Barker & Efford 2004 ).
Only in W Caucasus in Vorontzovskaya Cave (Schileyko 2003).
