External: Body cylindrical while moving, narrow and round anterior and pointed posterior; mantle ovate, 1/4 body length; polygonal wrinkles in skin; keel on entire dorsum, strong posteriorly (Schileyko 2003).
Internal: Thin shell with "nippled" nucleus; fine jaw; wide throat with many protractor muscles; vas deferens attaches to apex of short epiphallus; very long, tubular, twisted penis; pad attached to 1-2 long ampullae in penis; papillae on inner surface of lower penis; short oviduct and longer vagina (Schileyko 2003). .
Extended to 70 mm long (Sysoev & Schileyko 2009); contracted to 27 mm long (Schileyko 2003).
