Deroceras (Deroceras) pageti Grossu, 1972
External: Slug pinkish or grey and without spots (preserved dirty creamy to blackish); sides whitish; juveniles darker and sometimes with indistinct dark spots; mantle length 35-40 % of body.
Internal: Penis in two sections: posterior section shorter and narrower; appendix short and cone-shaped; penial gland apically connected with penis, very long, sometimes even longer than penis, composed of a long trunk and two even longer processes with papillae and short offshoots; penis retractor muscle unforked; stimulator conical; vas deferens opens on the top of the appendix; rectal caecum short. .
Up to 32 x 8 mm (preserved).
Greece: Peloponisos, Egina and Lefkada.
Type locality: Greece: Pelopónisos, Taygetos mountains.
Usually under stones in ruderal habitats or Mediterranean shrubland vegetation, but occasionally also in garden plantations where they may consume vegetables (P. Ovalis, unpublished).
