External: Narrow-bodied; light gray, cream, or light brown body with light brown mantle; blackish dorsum with grayish or light brown sides; sometimes with spots; dark grooves in skin; somewhat translucent skin through which dark viscera may be visible; pale pneumostome margins; dark brown head, neck, and tentacles; no keel; 3-part sole with gray-cream center and gray sides sections; clear mucus (Wiktor 2000; Yildirim & Kebapçi 2004; Heller 2009; Schütt 2010).
Internal: Internal shell asymmetric, oval, flat; large penis with ovate base, narrowing to cylindrical apical section; large, flat, fan-shaped internal sarcobelum/stimulator filling penis base; two-branched, papillate glandular appendix at apex of penis; black pigment on penis near junction with vas deferens; vas deferens and penis retractor muscle attach to side of penis apex; spermatheca undifferentiated from its duct; variable rectal caecum (Wiktor 2000; Schütt 2010).
35-50 mm long (Heller 2009), mantle to 20 mm long (Schütt 2010); preserved 18-32 mm.
Mediterranean habitat (Heller 2009); open or wet habitats; under stones and on logs (Yildirim & Kebapçi 2004; Schütt 2010).
