External: Small mantle; brown-pink body with small spots on mantle and forming reticulations in skin; pink keel; creamy sole; clear mucus, milky when perturbed (Wiktor 1996).
Internal: Cylindrical or club-shaped penis+epiphallus, which are undifferentiated; long, thin penial retractor; spermatheca very long, and spermatheca and duct undifferentiated; spermatheca+duct 2.5x length of penis and epiphallus; cylindrical oviduct thinner than penis; short vagina with accessory glands around it; small atrium (Wiktor 1996).
Requires dissection to be identified (Wiktor 1996).
Preserved: 30 mm long, 12 mm wide, mantle 8 mm long (Wiktor 1996).
Only Bosnia & Herzegovina (type locality) (Wiktor 1996).
In leaf litter (mostly beech), on rock (limestone) (Wiktor 1996).
