External: Big, cylindrical-bodied slug; bright colored (blue, green, violet, or cream) body with shimmering wrinkles; keel on 1/2-2/3 of dorsum; pneumostome post-medial; long, prominent wrinkles in skin; transverse grooves in sole (Schileyko 2003).
Internal: Plate-like, internal shell; 3-loop gut; cylindrical essentially without vas deferens; oviduct with narrow upper part and broader basal part, with interior papilla in between; long spermatheca with undifferentiated duct; large, long, thick-walled appendix (appearing like a penis) attached to atrium; small atrium (Schileyko 2003). .
To 105 mm long (Sysoev & Schileyko 2009).
