The species needs to be revised.
External: Pale yellow body with a black longitudinal band on mid-dorsum and a black band on each side; body under mantle and tentacles dark gray; one-part sole (Baker 1930).
Internal: Jaw with seven central ribs; black ovotestis; bright orange albumin gland; penis large, simple, and long with a tapering apex and slightly narrowed at the base; thin muscular sheath around penis apex; vas deferens and wide penial retractor muscle attached to penis apex; internal penis with thin-walled, ridged apex set off from the rest of the interior with a heavy constriction (sphincter-like), and the lower penis thick-walled with a longitudinal pilaster on one wall, a thin "saculate" opposite wall, and transverse wrinkles in between; thin, short oviduct; ovate spermatheca with thin duct with a wide base; fairly large, wide vagina; short atrium; cream glandular tissue surrounding both atrium and vagina (Baker 1930).
70 mm long extended; contracted to 45 mm long (Baker 1930).

Found at 8500-9850 ft. altitude; on dead logs (Baker 1930).
