Trichotoxon (Trichotoxon) thikense Verdcourt, 1951
Morphology:
External: Variable, interesting coloration: solid white to light yellow-green body generally with purple foot fringe and sole; sometimes pink-brown keel and mantle; pneumostome medial on mantle; smooth mantle, strong keel; sole with white longitudinal band down center (Verdcourt & Polhill 1961).
Internal: 7.5 x 6 mm thin, asymmetric internal shell; cylindrical dart sac; 2 pairs of darts, to 7 mm long and straight (Verdcourt & Polhill 1961).
Size:
~70-80 mm long, ~30 mm long mantle (Verdcourt & Polhill 1961).
Distribution:
in Kenya (Verdcourt & Polhill 1961).
Ecology:
Plentiful in wet weather (Verdcourt & Polhill 1961).
Habitat:
Found at 8,000 ft. (Verdcourt & Polhill 1961).
